Lone Star Bakery is looking for a full-time Regulatory Clerk to perform a variety of clerical tasks to support the basic needs of the Regulatory department and plant functions.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

· Process vendor supplied supplier and material documents for production raw materials.

· Upload kosher certificates to the KVH website.

· Post SDS’s to Safety’s Teams files

· Confirm supplier audit documents validity

· Provide support in administrative capacity on various projects as needed.
